The following options are available at checkout:
Lagos: 2-7 working days
All other states: 2-10 working days
Next Day Delivery
Lagos ONLY: Orders placed before 5pm (Mon – Fri) are delivered the next working day.
Same Day Delivery
Lagos ONLY: Orders are delivered on the same day according to the times below.
Orders to Mainland (Lagos) end 12pm (Mon-Fri)
Orders to Island (Lagos – locations beyond VGC) end by 12pm (Mon-Fri)
Orders to Island (Lagos – Lagos Island, Ikoyi, VI, Lekki-up to VGC) end by 2pm (Mon -Fri)
Lagos ONLY: Orders may be placed any day but sent in latest by 2pm on Friday to be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.
Note: Orders may take up to 2 working days to process during busier periods.
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 – 10 working days.
For deliveries outside of Lagos, it is possible for our Ivory Butter to melt in transit due to the warm weather climate of Nigeria. The volume of Ivory Butter may reduce and the contents may melt completely and liquidise. Please be assured that the quality of Ivory Butter will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change & contents appear to be less. To solidify melted Ivory Butter, place in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.
Please order items to an address where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period time. Do not leave items under the sun, in very hot places, cars, outside or in gatehouses.
We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you. For all deliveries outside of Lagos, a heat controlled environment is used by DHL. Our shipping boxes now include insulated and heat deflecting materials to avoid melting during transit.
We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully.
In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you selected DELIVERY at checkout: Please contact us immediately on +234 (0) 816 751 7880 (call/SMS/WhatsApp) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Issues must be reported to us within 10 working days (from date of delivery). Any issues reported after this time will unfortunately not be valid, except in extraordinary cases.
If you selected PICK UP at checkout: if you arrange for collection of your order by a 3rd party delivery company and your order is damaged in transit, Arami will unfortunately not be liable for any damages incurred.
Please contact us immediately on 08167517880 or email@example.com. However, once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. Where a wrong address is provided, and items are undeliverable at first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.
Unfortunately, Arami Essentials cannot facilitate returns or exchanges of items purchased from anywhere other than aramiessentials.com. Please contact the retailer directly.
