The star ingredient of Onyx Polish is raw African black soap, made from the ash of select plants and herbs found only in the lushest regions of western Africa. Described as ‘beauty from ashes’, the resulting ash is infused with the benefits of these plants and is especially adept at clarifying skin. We boosted the detoxifying benefits with local honey, rose water and lemon for their moisturising and glowing benefits.
Suitable for all skin types except sensitive skin.
For sensitive skin, please try Onyx Light (Unscented).

Shelf life: 6-9 months
Awaken your skin at dawn and restore after dark for clean and clear skin. In the shower or bath, scoop into clean hands or onto a clean sponge and gently massage into damp skin in small circular motions while quieting your mind. Work into a lather then wash off with warm water immediately and pat dry. Follow with any of our moisturisers. Keep water out of the jar when using. Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Super Sensitive skin so i obviously breakout each time i try to use it on my face or even on my body (so sad) BUT that hasn’t stopped me from buying it over and over again for my 4c hair and body when i am feeling a little brave. If your skin is not as sensitive as mine, by all means this is the best soap out there.
