Went to the store to complain that my newly bought hydra gel was stinging/itchy when applied and I was asked what I was used prior which was only a cleanser — was told the cleanser was opening my pores since the gel had no actives.

I disposed of the face wash from the “organics brand” and started the onyx light unscented and it’s been a breath of fresh air to my dry, dehydrated acne-prone sensitive skin and one drop is just enough & it doesn’t sting anymore when I apply my hydra gel! 🥺
