Glow Oil begins with our proprietary extraction method for processing 100% shea oil from the shea nut, developed to preserve its naturally high fatty acid content and skin-supporting compounds. The result is a highly concentrated, nutrient-dense oil that is deeply moisturising, fast-absorbing, and notably never solidifies. Rich in naturally occurring fatty acids, it leaves skin softer and smoother without clogging pores or feeling excessively greasy.
Most body oils leave a choice between lightness and longevity. Some absorb quickly but disappear soon afterwards. Others remain heavily on the surface of the skin. Glow Oil naturally sits between both.
That balance allows Glow Oil to spread easily across damp skin while continuing to maintain moisture long after application. The result is an oil that feels light in use but substantial in performance.
Glow Oil was one of the earliest expressions of our approach to formulation: taking a familiar African material and developing it in a way that fits modern daily use. Shea is one of the most widely used body care ingredients across Africa and, for us, deserved centre stage as a seemingly simple yet extraordinarily transformative single-ingredient oil.

Apply onto damp skin immediately after showering, when warmth and moisture help the oil spread more evenly across the body.
Warm a small amount between the palms before smoothing across the shoulders, arms, legs or through the hair to help seal moisture into place. As it settles, skin feels softer and smoother without heaviness or grease.
With continued use, skin appears softer and more even-toned as the barrier becomes stronger and better able to retain moisture.
Follow with Ivory Butter when the skin needs richer moisture across drier areas.
